Refund policy

Eligibility:
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product is unused and in original packaging.

Process:
Please contact us first via email. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once received and inspected, we issue a refund (minus original shipping cost).

Exceptions:
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
