Shipping Policy

We use Japan Post for all international and domestic shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. If an item is on backorder, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as the item becomes available. We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

• Airmail: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination

Tracking

All EMS shipments include tracking. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Delivery Issues

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will typically be held at the local post office for about 14 days before being returned to us.

Prohibited Items

We do not ship items prohibited by Japan Post, such as hazardous materials, perishables, or restricted goods. If your order includes an item that cannot be shipped to your country, we will contact you before shipment.
